👤 Coach Registration
Register the coach using this app. This identifies the account for subscription tracking.
🔑 Subscription
1 month free trial, then a one-time activation of ₹999 for the first year, and ₹499 yearly renewal (AMC, 365 days). After a 30-day grace period the app becomes view-only until renewed.
🏷️ Lead Sources
These appear in the Lead Source dropdown when adding or editing a lead.
🔖 Custom Statuses
Add your own lead statuses (e.g. "Program Started", "Payment Pending"). They appear in the status dropdown and count as active leads. Built-in statuses can't be deleted because they power the dashboard & priority logic.
🏷️ Sub-Statuses
A second label you can add to a lead alongside its main status — e.g. a Converted customer who is now Inactive, or Payment Pending. Appears on the lead card and in the Add/Edit form.
🏷️ Labels / Tags
Flexible free-text tags you can stick on any lead — e.g. Camp-Aug, VIP, Diabetic, Referral-Priya. A lead can have several. They show on the card and you can filter All Leads by them.
🧩 Segments
Health and Business are built in. Add up to 2 more segments to track another line of business in the same app (e.g. Gym Membership, Nutrition). They appear in the segment switcher on top of All Leads & By Lead Status. Custom segments use the standard lead fields.
💬 WhatsApp Message Templates
Optional. When you tap WhatsApp on a lead, pick one of these to pre-fill the message. Tap a key below to insert it (no spelling mistakes). With no templates, WhatsApp opens the chat directly.

💾 Automatic backup (PC — Chrome / Edge)
Link a file inside your Google Drive / OneDrive folder — every change auto-saves and syncs to the cloud.
📱 Manual backup (phone or any device)
Export ONE file with everything — all leads plus photos & recordings. Import it on another device to restore or sync.
🎙️ Call recordings & photos
Photos & recordings live on this device (kept out of the auto-sync file to keep it fast). Your manual Export everything above already includes them, so you don't need a separate export. On a PC you can also link a folder where each recording is saved once.
🔍 Data health — find duplicates
See your total leads and spot any two entries sharing the same mobile number (can happen after merging two devices). Runs on this device — safe, nothing is changed.
📥 Import leads from CSV
One-time import to load existing leads. Not sure of the format? ⬇️ Download sample CSV, fill it with your leads, and import it back.
New rows are added; rows whose phone already exists are merged (no duplicates). Every import is saved as a batch below, so you can undo just that import if needed.
Columns: Name, Phone, Segment, Source, Status, City, Created Date, Last Contacted, Next Followup, Current Weight, Target Weight, Description, Notes, Labels. Notes: separate multiple with
||, each optionally starting with [YYYY-MM-DD].
🗂️ Import log
Every CSV import is recorded here. If an import went wrong, you can delete just the leads that came in with that batch — without touching the rest of your data.
📤 Export your data
Download all your leads as a CSV file (opens in Excel / Google Sheets). Useful for a spreadsheet copy or moving data elsewhere. Your full backup (with notes) is the JSON export above.
⚠️ Danger zone
Permanently delete every lead and note on this device. This cannot be undone. Export a backup first. Prefer the Import log above to remove a single batch.
🔒 App lock (PIN)
Optional. When on, the app asks for a 4-digit PIN each time it opens on this device — handy if you share your phone or laptop. The PIN is stored only on this device.
